In a Godless world

In a Godless world, wherein existed no beleiver in God nor religions, were people worshipping their passions. They were slaves of whatever pleasured them  and thus obeyed whatever their senses were pleased with. They were morally deprived and spiritually dead. They had consistently ignored their conscience whenever it pricked them when they did what they did. Because they couldn't find a logical explanation to consider something as moral or immoral, right or wrong. So their minds justified their debaucherous deeds & moral bankruptcy.

In the Godless world, parents were respected no more. After all what is the use of obeying or serving two pieces of old flesh and bones. How are they even benificial to the society? Each had his own buisness to take care of, so no biological offspring bothered to visit or take care of their feeble gamete donors. 

In the Godless world, there was no concept of brother, sister, uncles, aunts, cousins or grand parents. They were just wolves seeking a share in their ancestral wealth.

In the Godless world, the most treacherous & lying manipulator was considered the best in the buisness at work. All that they wanted is to earn money. It meant nothing to them, if money came from ethical or unethical means.

In the Godless world, CLOTHES WERE A CHOICE! You could wear them if you want, or you can just walk naked. They believed 'shame' to be a narrow minded concept invented by their forefathers and considered themselves as the enlightened ones.

In the Godless world, marriages were deemed unnecessary and too much responsibility. Men were viewed by women as a money making tool and women were viewed by men as mere sex objects. Such was their "Symbiosis". Men were ostentatious, and women were attention seeking. Pornography was the most revered industry, with cutthroat competition. There were OSCARS & NOBLES given to 'Pornstars' & their ilk for their contribution. Child Pornography was no more a taboo. Incest was not regarded as unspeakable, as it was between two 'consenting individuals'. An individual could have intercourse with anything and everything, alive or dead, living or non living - because it's his/her choice.

In the Godless world, kids were a burden. Abortions were at an all time high. No man bothered if the one with whom he became intimate, was alive or dead the next day. Women feared pregnancy or the process of being a mother. Those who wanted to satisfy their parental instincts, would buy puppies and cats. And they would send them to Animal schools where they were trained. Human schools were getting closed due to lack of admissions and animal schools were flourishing.

In the Godless world, murders were like hunting in the past. If a murder would benefit you, and you are sure that you can escape from the authorities, it's ok to kill someone. Afterall, how will killing someone harm the killer is what they thought.

In the Godless world, almost every human being was dependent on drugs, including Doctors. Governments had legalized them, as they formed a major chunk of their taxes and tourism. Not that they were unaware of how it's damaging the physical, mental & social health of their nations.

In the Godless world, corruption in the administration was an open secret. Not even a small buisness could open or continue without bribes. And people had just swallowed it as- 'This is just how it is!' 

In the Godless world, anyone who dared to be kind or compassionate was regarded a fool. Why would anyone want to help others? What benefit is it going to cause them? Let each person take care of himself - is what they thought. Those who were disabled were killed by euthanasia, as they were fruitless to the society and a burden to others.

In the Godless world, people were divided on different political and economic ideologies. Their beleif that abandoning religions would end division and violence among people turned out to be false. They could become blood thirsty hounds to prove their ideology's superiority.

After their physical senses had it enough, and ennui crept in. Their spirits wanted something!! Something to satisfy them. They would then join cults lead by certain cult leaders. They would now obey them blindly, completely oblivious as to how their cult leaders were exploiting them. Such was the magic in the eloquent & mellifluous lies their leaders orchestrated.

People of Godless world failed to understand that it is not within their logical abilities to render something as right or wrong. They couldn't comprehend it's not within the human faculties to decide what is good for them or what is bad for them. They didn't realise that GOOD & BAD, RIGHT & WRONG, MORAL & IMMORAL, ETHICAL & UNETHICAL are neither logical nor are they illogical, but are Supralogical. While they did have conscience , they couldn't logically perceive the benefit of listening to it. 

They had abandoned religion saying it divides people and destroys their growth. Their definition of religion was that it's merely identity, inherited beliefs and rituals. They drew these conclusion based on those who called themselves "RELIGIOUS". They didn't bother to study the religions themselves, and also failed to see how religion also brought people of diverse backgrounds together and how it beautified a human being's life, keeping them within the boundaries of morality. Of course religions were corrupted by the additions and subtractions made by it's 'followers' , but yet kept human beings in check. They failed to realise, only DIVINE guidance can truly guide them and no so called 'spiritually awakened' cult leader can do them any good.

Would it help people to lead a moral life if they knew they had a creator who sees them and hears them all the time & that they have to stand in front of him - the All knowing God, who shall hold them accountable for each and every deed of theirs? Will the concept of reward and punishment in the afterlife motivate a human being to do good and avoid evil?

Is Godless world a mere fiction? Or is it a reality being foreseen? Or has the Godless world already emerged but still in it's infancy? Or has the author intentionally omitted some of the debaucheries of the contemporary society fearing political incorrectness? Who knows... the GODLESS WORLD
