A KING WITHOUT A CROWN 👑

In a desert land, wherein dwelled uncivilized communities, which mistreated their women and slaves; which buried their daughters alive and which shed each others blood in the name of clans - was born a king ! A king who neither sat on a throne nor wore a crown; A king who neither wore silk nor gold; A king who starved at times and lived in a brick house of few square feets!

Before he became a king, he was known to his people as 'Al-Ameen' (The trustworthy), for he was truthful and honest. He took care of the orphans and widows, and was known for his charecter and morality.

And when came unto him the message from the divine, his life changed. He became - a preacher and teacher in the day, and a monk in the night; A leader in the society, and a family man at home; A warrior in the battle field, and an arbitrator of his people.

His message to humankind - Surrender and worship the one who created you and not his creations; Honour your parents and lead a life of morality; Be kind to the weak and the Lord will be kind to you; Be truthful, be honest, be humble and know that the life on this earth is a short lived journey which can end any time. And your Lord shall judge all of Humankind one day - not based on your colour, gender, social status,  ethnicity or race, but based on your deeds and place you in a place of eternal bliss or Punishment.

He was abused, persecuted, exiled by his own kith and kin, as they didn't like what he said. Even an offer was given to him to make him a worldly king in exchange of stopping what he preached, to which he responded - " Even if they keep SUN in my right hand and the MOON in my left, I shall not stop. Either God makes me VICTORIOUS or I PERISH in the process". Multiple attempts were made for his assassination. His beloved ones passed away in the course of his mission. He endured everything with Patience. He trusted his Lord - the most merciful. And the Lord made him victorious. On the day that the victory came unto him, those who persecuted him and his followers were in front of him, bowing their heads down, humbled. He told them ' No blame on you this day'. He conquered their hearts with his kindness and forgiveness.

Nay! He wasn't a king that you read in your history books living in a fancy palace wearing fancy clothes with fancy stuff around him. He was the king of people's hearts. The chosen one of the Lord of the world's - Prophet Muhammad (May Peace and Blessings of God be upon him)
